Citizens from the following countries do not need to present a France Visa : 1.Those holders of passports issued by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Special Administrative Region of Macao of the People’s Republic of China; 2.People with a residence permit in France or those with a residence permit or travel document for other countries mentioned above who are part of the Schengen agreement; While France Visa is not required for those citizens who meet the requirements mentioned above, they are still subject to the following terms and conditions: Agrees that they are only allowed to stay for 90 days and there’s no more extension allowed. They need to declare the number of days they plan to stay. Statement of valid reasons why they intend to visit France. Examples could be for tour, sight-seeing, family visits, attend a special occasion for a friend and more. If you intend to remain for more than the number of days allowed, you must secure a proper French Visa that will fulfil this request.
